You may choose a campsite and really make it your own retreat where you will feel right at home. You may leave your camper on your favorite site year around, that way you can be camping within minutes each time without setting up. You will be able to entertain your family and friends knowing you have a great place to spend family time. You will make friends here that will last a lifetime, some of our campers have enjoyed this park for decades, and still enjoy it fully with all the excitement around here.
Our Peak Season is May- Sep and the cost is only $218/Mo or $230/Mo w/Sewer Hook Up. ( For Spots without full hook up we have a dump station across from the bathouse and one in the B Section ) You may leave your camper on your spot for storage in non – peak times ( Oct - April) for only $ 25/Mo. The unit must be fully unhooked from all utilities. During non Peak Times, you may come camping for regular nightly fees.
This rate includes up to two adults, and their children and grandchildren 16 and under. Family pets are also included in this price. Other family members and guests must pay regular entrance and camping fees at the check in. Also, for additional friends and family, the 35 dollar Seasonal Passes are Great.
The seasonal camping is for weekend use or you may substitute for during the weeknights. Weekend night is considered to be a Friday, Saturday and holiday night. ( you may not transfer unused nights from month to month, however you may purchase additional nights for only 15 dollars per night ) However, you also get an Extra Bonus Vacation Week for the Season, that can be used all at once or broken up throughout the Peak Season.
Please keep your RV and your site Clean and Neat at all times. Keep all non-essential gear stowed away inside of your camper as much as possible or just take them home. After each use please take down all clothes lines for everyones safety. For Safety, Please Do Not Leave Gas Cans in the Park. ( Please take them home or we have a special Safety Box for fuel that you may store them in, Write your name on the gas can and we will store it for you ). Roll up and secure your canopies when not in use to avoid wind damage. Before leaving for home Turn off AC units to avoid extra nightly charges. We recommend turning the water valve to off position in case of a leak.
You May Improve and Enlarge your Camping Pad with Management’s Approval. Please, Do not Construct any permanent awnings, porches or attach any kind of skirting around your camper. Durable and Safe Steps are recommended. The Park is Not Responsible for any Personal Items, RV’s or Accidents of any type.
